ActionCOACH have been serving business owners for the past twenty years, helping them grow their business through a systematic approach leading to greater profits, better teams and more time.

ActionCOACH operates 1000 offices in 59 countries across the globe. Each year they bring together coaches and business owners from across Europe to provide learning opportunities for ActionCOACH clients and coaches, to recognise and reward success, to motivate and promote the ActionCOACH philosophy and, perhaps most importantly, have fun.

The event had two major parts set over two days. Day one was a conference followed by a gala dinner and awards ceremony in the evening. The second day took the attendees back to the conference setting.

ActionCOACH had some specific staging requirements for the conference element, including interactive touch screens on stage for presenters, but they wanted the evening to feel like a shimmering celebration of achievements. The schedule meant that there was only a short amount of time to transform the room from a conference to an awards ceremony.

Working with ActionCOACH to make sure the design stayed on brand, Green Sparks’ design team created a stage backdrop and layout that ticked all the boxes for the conference and which could be quickly and easily transformed to give that prestigious awards feel

While one team ran the audio visual production for the conference, another team ensured that all of the table centres were prepared and ready to go to make sure that the room was set for the awards evening.
