Current Opportunities at Green Spark
Production Supervisor
A senior technical and team leadership role responsible for helping deliver high-quality live events and productions. You’ll lead small teams on-site, oversee technical setup and operation, assist with planning and logistics, and work closely with clients, venues and the wider production team.
This role suits an experienced event professional who combines strong technical ability with leadership, organisation and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading technical delivery on events
• Supervising technicians on-site
• Production planning and preparation
• Client and venue liaison
• Audio, lighting and video operation
• Equipment and logistics management
Perfect for someone ready to take ownership of projects and play a key role within a growing production company.
AV Event Technician
A hands-on technical role working across live events, conferences, awards shows and installations throughout the UK. You’ll be involved in preparing, setting up and operating audio visual, lighting, staging and video equipment as part of a close-knit production team. We’re looking for enthusiastic technicians with solid practical experience in live events and a willingness to learn, develop and contribute to high-quality productions.
Typical projects include:
• Conferences and corporate events
• Awards ceremonies
• LED video wall productions
• Streaming and hybrid events
• Audio visual installations
Ideal for someone with experience in sound, lighting or video production who enjoys varied work, teamwork and the fast-paced nature of live events.
Freelance Opportunities
Alongside our core full-time team, we regularly work with freelance technicians across audio, lighting, video, LED, staging and live event production.
