Care Careers East wanted to use video to assist them with their recruitment efforts.
The communication and understanding of our brief was excellent and the video was produced to a very high standard. We have had lots of compliments regarding the video and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Green Spark again.

This provided Care Careers East with videos they could use when recruiting to demonstrate company culture, the working environment and an opportunity for candidates to hear from the team first hand.
We interviewed several current employees and then filmed them in their workplaces, alongside the elderly and vulnerable people they care for. This required us to safely work with older people in their homes or in care facilities. Care Careers East were happy that we were able to do this thanks to our significant experience in filming people from all walks of life.
We then edited the footage into engaging recruitment videos which were very helpful in the recruitment process.
