Thanks to the flexibility of Video On Tap, Talentscape has been able to allocate Production Units across various clients as and when they are needed – from a small re-edit of existing footage to the filming, editing and YouTube optimisation of 36 recruitment videos for a large not-for-profit client.

Talentscape is a recruitment marketing and employer branding organisation that offers a full range of solutions in attraction, engagement and resourcing, in the UK and across Europe.

Video on Tap appealed to Talentscape as it represents a way to ensure they have video production professionals who understand recruitment marketing, ready to film and edit videos for any of Talentscape’s clients.

Over the course of two filming days we filmed a total of 36 video interviews for one of TalentScape’s clients – a large not-for-profit which supports people with learning difficulties.  By interviewing multiple staff members and support workers we were able to show potential new recruits why they should consider a career in care, and why they should choose that company.

GreenSpark has also filmed and edited recruitment videos for multiple other clients on TalentScape’s behalf, at times incorporating existing footage, graphics and stock footage in response to the clients’ needs.
